As a member, you now have access to a wide variety of programs and classes.We have everything from One-on-One Appointments with Wellness Coaches to a diverse offering of Group Exercise Classes to Chronic Disease Prevention Programs.

WELLNESS COACHES
Our Wellness Coaches will help you with your unique needs and goals and build programs specifically for you. Sign up for your appointment at the Front Desk.

FITNESS CLASSES
Our wide variety of classes will give you ample choices to find what is right for you. All classes are drop-in and you can start at any time. When you're ready, check out the Current Schedules and join us. NOTE: Schedules are changed quarterly.

HEALTH & WELLNESS CENTER
With 30+ cardio machines, strength training circuit, free weights, stretching area, wheelchair accessible equipment and Staff dedicated to you, there are lots of ways for you to be healthy, well and have fun.

DIABETES PREVENTION PROGRAM
Prediabetes is a potentially reversible condition that often leads to diabetes, and 86 million people in the United States are estimated to have it. If you have been diagnosed with prediabetes, or believe you may be at risk for developing the disease, the YMCA's Diabetes Prevention Program can help you develop a healthier lifestyle and work with you to reduce the risks this condition can pose to your health.
