LIFEGUARDS IN TRAINING (LIT) PROGRAM

(Ages 11 to 15)

With a focus on teamwork, responsibility, fitness and fun the

Lifeguard in Training (LIT) program is a great introduction to lifeguarding. Over a two-week session, you will become familiar with the profession of lifeguarding. You will learn the basics of water rescue and first aid skills. And, with our experienced LIT Instructors, you will also practice how to teach swim lessons.

Find out if you've got what it takes to be a lifeguard!

You must be able to swim 50 yards freestyle to sign up. Each two-week session meets Monday through Thursday from 2pm-6pm.
