LIFEGUARDS IN TRAINING (LIT) PROGRAM

(Ages 11 to 15)

Find out if you've got what it takes to be a lifeguard in our Lifeguard in Training (LIT) program! Designed for youth who love aquatics, you will become familiar with the profession of lifeguarding over a two-week session. With our experienced LIT instructor, you will learn the basics of water rescue and first aid skills. You will also practice how to teach swim lessons. With a focus on teamwork, responsibility, fitness, and fun, the LIT program is a great introduction to lifeguarding.

You must be able to swim 50 yards freestyle to sign up. Each two-week session meets Monday through Thursday from 2pm-6pm.
