Please make sure to share our Code of Conduct with anyone on your membership. We only require one member of a household to sign the Code of Conduct.
  • Bring a mask or face covering for your nose and mouth to wear at check-in and when walking through the facility (NOT required during your high-intensity group exercise class, individual high-intensity workout or swim time.)

Note: Our check-in and check-out procedures aid contract tracing requirements if anyone tests positive for COVID-19.
Working out at the Y:
  • Wipe down equipment BEFORE and AFTER use.
  • Plan your workouts around the new gym etiquette: Once you start on a piece of equipment, you will need to complete all your repetitions and sets and then sanitize it. Working-in and supersets will not be allowed.

These include: both rowing machines, one of the hand bikes, the prone T-bar row, the preacher curl station, all foam rollers, sand rolls and weight belts.
  • Abide by occupancy limits. In order to provide adequate physical distance, your Y is limiting the number of people in each area.
