After 68 years, we're saying goodbye to our home on Patterson St. While it is bittersweet, it is also fascinating to watch the deconstruction of the old Y on Patterson Street. Wondering about the future of the land? Read the FAQs below! ⤵️

❓ How long will demo take?
The building will be a pile of rubble by the end of the week. However, it will take a total of 7 weeks to complete the project. The demolition and site restoration should be 100% completed by early July.

❓ Are you selling the property?
We are not selling the property and the Tennis Center will remain open.

❓ What will happen to the site?
What gets built there is still being strategically discussed and it is ultimately a board decision; however, it will be aligned with existing Y areas of expertise and community need. It will not be a large apartment building.
