Teen Strength Refreshers

Our Teen Strength Refreshers are for teens 14-15 years old who have previously gone through one our Teen Training programs or who have free-weight lifting experience at school, at home, or with a sports team. This program teaches them Wellness Center etiquette rules and expectations along with showing the ins and outs of the equipment they may not have used before. Teens will need to test on form and safety around the Bench Press, Deadlift and Squats.

This is not an introduction or orientation. For those looking for an introduction to strength training, look in our program section for our Teen Strength Program above.

Teen Strength Refreshers happen every Friday at 4:30 p.m. You can register through the app or our website the same way you register for Group Fitness Classes.
