These offerings change over time and are the perfect way to break out of your routine, challenge yourself in a healthy way, and discover your potential alongside members of the community. WORKSHOPS
Our specialty fitness and wellness workshops offer the perfect environment to delve deeper into your practice, beyond what an hour-long class can provide. These boutique experiences cater to both seasoned practitioners and newcomers, allowing everyone to explore and discover new passions. Workshops are open to both Y members and community members.
New Year's Resolutions
Kickstart your year with yoga focused on mindfulness and goal setting! Community members are welcome to join this special offering without purchasing an additional day pass, however they will only be allowed access to the facility for the time of the workshop.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week course integrating mindfulness meditation and yoga, expertly designed to help individuals cope with stress and improve their overall well-being. Developed from extensive training and research, this program teaches practical techniques that foster mindfulness and resilience in daily life. Join us to cultivate inner calm and strengthen your mind-body connection through proven mindfulness practices.
This course will include a course orientation on Saturday, Jan. 11, from 2 to 3 p.m., with a question-and-answer session to follow from 3 to 4 p.m. Seven of the 8 weekly sessions will occur on Saturdays. The session for Saturday, Feb. 22, will be held as a Silent Retreat Day on Sunday, Feb. 23, from 12 to 6:30 p.m. in the Yoga Studio.
Participants will maintain a daily home practice between sessions which will last up to 45 minutes. Workbooks and home practice guides will be distributed to move participants through the course.

Sound Healing & Yoga
Join Amy Green, Sound Therapist, and Sarah Finney, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, for a transformative experience that combines gentle yoga and meditation with the healing vibrations of sound. As Sarah guides you through calming postures, Amy will create an immersive and soothing soundscape designed to release tension, restore balance, and promote deep relaxation. This special session invites you to connect mind, body, and spirit in a serene, supportive space.
Community members are welcome to join this special offering without purchasing an additional day pass, however they will only be allowed access to the facility for the time of the workshop.

Yoga Nidra for Stress Relief in Dark Days
Join Candy Walker for a guided sleep-based meditation practice. Embody deep relaxation, which promotes calmness and contentness in body, mind and spirit. Deepen your experience of Yoga Nidra by learning how to set intentions for bringing about joy and presence in your life. Relax into a blissful and expansive state of being.
*Please bring a pen and paper for a journaling component.

Acro and Partner Yoga
Acro and Partner Yoga incorporates elements of the traditional yoga practice with the fun of connecting with our yoga community. No partner required! Join us for an evening of exploring new shapes together. Community members are welcome to join this special offering without purchasing an additional day pass, however, they will only be allowed access to the facility for the time of the workshop.

Aerial Yoga Play
Aerial Yoga Play combines all the benefits of traditional yoga- flexibility, strength and balance with the unique conditioning for an exhilarating new way of approaching yoga. Sculpt your body in the air, using our special yoga swings, as you tone muscles, find balance and increase flexibility. All levels welcome.

TRX Classes
Come join a small group focused on balanced strengthening from the core out. This small group experience will be able to modify for individual needs and provide all the motivation you need to get to your fitness goals.

Small Group Circuit Training
Join a small group ready to get it, get it done and get going! This is a 30-minute, no-nonsense circuit workout led by one of our certified Personal Trainers. In this workout, functional training meets full-body strength and bursts of cardio. The small size means you get more attention while still getting motivated by working as a group. Currently only being offered for Y members.

Small Group Boxing Fundamentals
A family-friendly, non-contact introduction to the sport of boxing! This class is designed to build essential boxing skills in a safe and supportive environment. We focus on proper stance, footwork, head movement, punching techniques, defensive strategies, and practical applications through live drills. Our aim is to foster friendship and teamwork through the art of fighting, all while avoiding hard sparring.
